I love this catchy, feel-good tune and thought a remix of Elizabeth & Eric’s “perfect picture” photo session would be just right for it.
The beautiful setting was at Phyllis Court, Henley-on-Thames on one of the few sunny spring days in April. Elizabeth & Eric live in New York and brought with them plenty of family and friends as well a guests from all around the globe it seemed. A civil ceremony in the impressive Finlay Suite was followed by drinks, canapes and photos on the lawns stretching to the banks of the River Thames. Elizabeth had close competition for being star of the show from their gorgeous little daughter Amelia.
I have worked with ace photographer Mark Lord several times now and we have more weddings together later in the year, it’s good that we get on well then!
After the first few dances Elizabeth bravely risked life and limb in a traditional Israeli chair dance. If you haven’t seen this dance before I can assure you that it’s very lively. She survived, as did my camera.
Elizabath wasn’t too keen on having a video but her mum insisted. Now she says “Mum was right, we absolutely love it and are so glad we have it now.” I hear that mum has bought a blu-ray player especially to watch the wedding video!
